AHANS represents the federal Reaching Home program for communities in Halifax and rural Nova Scotia.
Every community in Canada is impacted socially and economically by homelessness.
The Government of Canada is committed to reduce chronic homelessness by 50% over the next decade.​
To work toward this goal, the Government of Canada works with communities to develop and deliver data-driven initiatives for productive outcomes.
